How to Use:

Pre-lighten hair to a very pale yellow (level 10, pale banana) base.

Mix the toner with Color Charm 20 Volume Creme Developer at a 1:2 ratio.

Apply to towel-dried hair and process for up to 20 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and condition.
