HOW TO USE

• Mixing Ratio: 1:1 (Equal parts Toner to 10 Volume Matrix Cream Developer).
• Developer: Use ONLY 10 Volume (3%) Matrix Cream Developer.
• Application: Apply to clean, dry or damp (towel-dried) hair.
• Processing Time: Up to 20 minutes at room temperature.
•  Allow 5-Minute Fast Toner: 2–5 minutes.
• Removal: Rinse thoroughly, cleanse, and condition.
