This demi-permanent liquid toner deposits intense ash (green-violet) pigments to create a platinum or icy blonde effect, adding shine and condition while providing subtle, washable color.

How to Use:

Pre-lighten hair to a pale yellow, almost white (level 10+) base.

Mix the toner with Color Charm 20 Volume Creme Developer at a 1:2 ratio.

Apply to towel-dried hair and process for up to 20 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and condition.
