At 4% (13 Volume), it provides a slight lift (up to 1 level) and is ideal for refreshing color, enhancing natural tones, toning pre-lightened hair, and blending gray. The emulsion formula ensures even, streak-free results with excellent shine.

How to Use:

Mix with Wella Color Touch cream color in a non-metallic bowl at a 1:2 ratio (1 part color to 2 parts emulsion).

Apply immediately to dry, unwashed hair.

Process for 20 minutes. For gray coverage or more intense toning, process up to 35 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly and follow with conditioner.
